There are plenty of third party block lists for your use. Whether it's a plain text file, a webpage, or other text-based files, Any Weblock is able to extract domains from it by using the import feature.

Just to name a few:

• MVPS HOSTS
• HpHosts Online
• Shalla's blacklists
• URL Blacklist (commercial, not free for personal use or otherwise)

Alternatively you can search in Google for hosts list, url blacklist or url block list.
