Donation Policy

I, the author of AnyUtils, have prepared this Donation Policy to make sure users understand the donation concept correctly.

Goods

Donations are voluntary payments to support me. So there is nothing I actually offer or ship.

Refunds

Any amount of donation is purely voluntary. As a general guidline, no refund will be made except for exceptional circumstances, which include inadvertent donation of a wrong amount and duplicate billings of a single donation. If this is the case, please contact me within 55 days after which no refund can be made. If the donation was made through unauthorized use of your financial information, do not contact me; contact your financial institution immediately.

Extra fees

Your financial institution may charge you processing fees and/or use preferential exchange rates. I do not have control over these.

Services

I try to support everyone, whether he or she has donated or not. No additional support or service will be offered to donors; everyone is treated equally.

Taxes

Even though I use the word "donation", like many other software developers who offer their work basically for free, donations are not tax-deductible as AnyUtils is not a qualified organization by relevant government authorities.

Notification of Changes

If this Donation Policy is changed, its new version will be posted on AnyUtils website so that its users are always aware of the latest donation practices.
