Getting started

First run

Upon your first run, you will be prompted to add at least one chatlog folder. A chatlog folder stores your chatlog files. If you chatlog folders are stored on different computers, simply copy them to the computer where Any Chatlog for Live Messenger is installed. For details, see the Manage chatlog folders chapter.

Main window

Any Chatlog for Live Messenger has a main window for accessing all features, such as manage chatlog folders, view chatlogs, and define filters.

Contacts and sessions

Chat history are organized by contacts and then by sessions. See the View chatlogs chapter for details.

Chatlog view

Chatlogs of the selected session are displayed, with alternate coloring for messeages from different senders. See the View chatlogs chapter for details.

Setup filters

You may set up filters to search for sessions falling in a date range, with a keyword, etc. See the Chatlog filters chapter for details.
