You can customize and create your own picture scramble puzzle. To do this, click the New Game button in the main window.

Choose a picture
You can choose to either use the old picture, or load one of yours. Click the Change button if you want to use another picture after having selected one.

You can preview the picture that you have chosen at the bottom of the window.
Split your picture
Click the small arrow buttons 
to adjust the number of tiles in the horizontal and vertical dimensions.

The more tiles you split a picture, the harder to solve the puzzle. This table below serves as a general guideline on the ease of the puzzle associated with the number of tiles in it.
